We often see pretty birds in our Capitol Hill neighborhood; my husband can recognize almost all of them, but the only one I can name by sight is the cardinal. Â Yesterday I spotted a pretty little house finch walking home from the grocery store and it reminded me of the beautiful folk-inspired prints and cards from Urubbu. Â I first discovered Urubbu at last year’s National Stationery Show and have been a fan ever since. Â I love all of the flora and fauna-inspired designs!

The National Stationery Show is coming up in just a few days and I’m starting to get really excited for this year’s show.  It almost feels like Stationery Christmas – putting together my walking list of exhibitor booths and checking it twice!  Katrina from Paper Mill Designs sent over a quick sneak peek at some of the new designs that she’ll be exhibiting at the show (in booth #1966).  I can’t wait to see them in person!
