2009 Holiday Cards, Part 4

Good morning everyone!  I hope you all had a lovely weekend.  I've got a few more holiday cards to share with you — so let's get going!  First up, Smock, with a huuuge eco-friendly holiday collection of both letterpress cards and wrapping paper:

I always love the holiday stationery from Satsuma Press — these letterpress cards printed in silver ink would be perfect as either holiday or New Year cards:

I also love Lynn's beautiful collaboration with Heather Moore of Skinny LaMinx — which includes both gift tags and soft blue and green letterpress cards:

Fugu Fugu Press has one of my favorite holiday collections this year, with this great mix of funny non-traditional letterpress holiday cards:

{happy weekend!}

I'm pretty sure the sun is shining for the first time all week here in DC – hooray!  Between sunshine and a friend visiting this weekend, I'm definitely ready to get a move on the weekend!  But in the meantime…

Oh, and just a reminder to any DC-area folks that I'll be speaking at the Not So Big Wedding this Sunday at Rockwood Manor. I hope you'll come by to say hello!

White + Black Stitched Wedding Invitations

The details on this letterpress wedding invitation suite by Bespoke Press are just amazing — from the crisp black text, gorgeous blind impressions, and stitched details, I’m just in love:

The botanical blind impressions were inspired by the French-style grounds of the wedding venue, while the rest of the invitation design was kept simple to highlight the different typography styles used.  It’s been a while since I’ve seen a really beautiful wedding invitation booklet, and this one is truly gorgeous!

A Yellow + Gray Collaboration

One of the best things about blogging is getting to meet so many fantastic new people — and Julianne Smith is by far one of the nicest I've met so far!  Juli creates custom handmade wedding garters, each of which is infused with a whole lot of love and Juli's signature modern style.  Juli sent over this colorful collaboration with a local DC designer, Carla David:

Carla took one of Juli's yellow and gray wedding garters (#211) and designed a matching invitation suite around it.  So fun!  Check out the rest of Juli's collection right here.
