Seahorse Wedding Invitation

Um, how cute is this seahorse-themed letterpress wedding invitation from regas ny? Â I saw this invitation over on Penned and Pretty yesterday and am totally smitten with the fabulous mix of pattern, typography, and of course some sweet little seahorses:

I love the way the mix of different typefaces keeps the design from being overly beachy, yet still totally appropriate for a beach or tropical destination wedding. Â Check out more from the custom regas ny portfolio right here!

p.s. Have any of you have seen Away We Go? (and if you haven’t seen the movie – I definitely recommend it!) Â This invitation suite reminds me of part of the movie… and makes me giggle just a wee bit.

Silhouette Wedding Invitations

I love the way this couple incorporated the idea of silhouettes â€“ but in a slightly different way â€“ into their wedding invitations, designed and printed by Studio on Fire:

The couple, Dana and Katie, commissioned a custom silhouette of their own hands creating the shape of a heart. Â The silhouette was made by Le Papier Studio, which specializes in making custom silhouettes, and was carried throughout the invitation suite:

{fall-inspired wedding invitation}

This gorgeous, yet completely simple, letterpress wedding invitation from snap + tumble is so pretty I can barely handle it:

I love the way this invitation completely evokes the feeling of autumn (when the wedding will take place) while maintaining a simple black and white color palette.
