Sarah from The Happy Envelope sent over these adorable invitations that she created for a country carnival-inspired birthday party. Â Such a fun theme for a fall birthday celebration! Â The double-sided invitations were printed in pretty orange and green inks, then placed in mailing boxes and tied up with a ribbon and lollipop. Â So cute!
From Sarah: These invitations were letterpress printed on ultra-thick, luxurious Crane 4-ply paper in a bright orange ink on the front and a mossy green on the back. Â The invitations were placed into chartreuse mailing boxes from Paper Source filled with festive, colorful foam balls and then tied with a pumpkin lollipop and cheery ribbon. Â An antique pumpkin illustration paired with vintage-style type and a woodgrain pattern all come together for a perfect country carnival mood!
Thanks Sarah!

Wow these are super duper fun!
Adorable! Love the color and the type 🙂
Absolutely LOVE boxed invites, and those foam balls are a really fantastic touch.
Wow, these are stunning in their detail and the use of color! The weight of the paper adds to the dimension of the work. Just beautiful!
Though i can’t help but note these are for Olivia’s FOURTH birthday!
Hi Marion! Thank you so much for your comment! Yes – they’re for a 4th birthday party, but no matter what the cause of celebration, these invitations are gorgeous. As always, I appreciate it when readers leave positive comments – no judgement or questioning of the decisions of a complete stranger. 🙂
Where did you find the foam packing balls??? I love them!! I have the same boxes for my save the dates and would like to fill up the residual space with something like this. HELP!
