This Raspberry Elderflower Gin and Tonic is fruity, crisp, and refreshing – basically everything you could possibly want from a summer drink. And they’re ridiculously easy to make, so run out to the grocery store for some raspberries and tonic (and gin and St-Germain, if you don’t already have some), and you have the perfect easy cocktail for all your July 4th picnics and BBQs. – Andrew

Nothing too complicated here. This is a quintessential Gin & Tonic, a perfect summer drink, just gussied up a bit. The original is crisp and effervescent and refreshing. This version bumps that up a bit with some summery pops of fruit, floral elderflower, and a splash of lemon and a dash of sugar. You could even try mixing in some fresh blackberries or strawberries – whatever summer fruit is available to you. You really can’t go wrong.
