The dog days of summer are over. For us, getting organized and the kids excited to head back to the classroom can be a struggle. This is one way we ease the morning routine. Pack a full week’s lunch the Sunday before that school week with each kid’s favorites – using name tags to avoid mix-ups! One fruit, one snack, juice, and a pre-made pasta salad or sandwich.
