I love custom maps for wedding invitations, but sometimes they can fall a bit too far on the cartoonish side.  Luckily, this hand drawn map from Courtney at Swiss Cottage Designs strikes the perfect balance of modern and whimsical.  Courtney created this gorgeous custom map of Boston Harbor for a recent bride – I love the watercolor details and hand lettering!

One of the better hand drawn maps I have seen attached to an invitation. This artist has some serious talent.
Looooove this!! Her water color is so beautiful and keeps it from getting too kitsch. I’m sure all the guests will be impressed when they open the invitations and see this map in the mix! Wish I could see the rest of the set!
