Hable Construction

I love Hable Construction, and I have a particular soft spot for the bead fabric that Lena Corwin used to cover her entire couch:

…but since Hable Construction fabrics are only available to the trade, that usually means that I’m admiring from a distance or have to find my Hable fix in smaller doses.  For the past few days, I’ve been drooling over Hable’s paper goods section, particularly the line of travel journals, desk agendas, pocket calendars, and letterpress pocket notebooks:

Oooh, how I would love to add a few of these lovelies to my notebook collection…

Monday morning updates!

Hey everyone… I know I've been a bit MIA the past few days.  I promise that I'll be back to my normal schedule as soon as things calm down a bit in a few days. But in the meantime, I wanted to share a few updates from some of my favorite shops!

First up… the lovely Satsuma Press is having a holiday giveaway with the purchase of a 2009 letterpress calendar! This easily one of my favorite calendars of 2009, so the holiday giveaway is really just a fabulous bonus for those of you who haven't scooped one up yet.

Here are the details: Purchase a 2009 Satsuma Press Calendar between Friday, Dec 12th and Friday, December 19th and be entered in a {random} drawing to win one calendar (to keep or give as a gift), one set of Satsuma Press letterpress stationery, and a special non-letterpress gift from Lynn!  To enter the giveaway contest after purchase, leave a comment on the Satsuma Press blog right here – and make sure you leave Lynn with a way to contact you!

Next up… a Delphine Press holiday sale!  Delphine Press is running a store-wide sale through December 31 – just enter Holiday15 for $15 off any orders of $50 or Holiday35 for $35 off any orders of $100 or more. I'm loving these recycled cotton totes myself:

And finally… Hello Handmade Paperie!  Shanna and Betsy updated the shop this morning — and although they've closed up sale of their paper goods through the holidays, they've added these lovely ornament and New Year's bunting downloads:

Aren't these lovely? I can't wait to see what Shanna and Betsy come up with in 2009!

More lovely calendars… Becca Heuer & Seesaw Designs

I'm truly amazed by all the beautiful calendars available this year.  It seems like every time I turn around there is a new calendar that I want to bring home!  Here are two more that I just have to share with you:

Becca Heuer – Limited Edition Letterpress Calendar

I love the simple beauty of this 4-page seasonal calendar by Becca Heuer.  The calendar was hand-printed on 8.5" x 11" white cardstock using a
Vandercook letterpress. It is bound by means of Japanese bindery and
perforated at the top for an easy way to tear off sheets as seasons
change.

Seesaw Designs – Letterpress Calendar

This calendar by Seesaw Designs is both completely adorable and incredibly practical!  Each month comes on a sheet of 3.67" x 8.5" cotton paper and is hand-printed using an antique letterpress.  The calendar features illustrations by artist Rebeca Raney and space to mark important days or appointments.
