Friday Happy Hour: The Gin Rickey (Revisited)

Nole’s headed off to New York this weekend for some big event or another (you might have heard about it), so we’ve been pretty busy with preparations and not a lot of time to enjoy cocktails. Which is a shame, because all of a sudden our weather went from spring-like to sweltering DC summer-like, and there’s a perfect drink for just this situation: the Gin Rickey. Gin, lime, and bitter tonic water. And ice. Lots and lots of ice. Just what we need these days. – Andrew
