After a few unexpected summer-like days, it looks like the cooler weather is here to stay in DC. Wardrobe-wise, the timing is kind of perfect, since Sophie is just now finally growing into 12-month size clothes! For Sophie’s fall wardrobe, I’m finding myself gravitating towards soft grays and metallics with a few bright pops of color.
1. Sweater + gold polka dot leggings from Old Navy; 2. Metallic striped top from Old Navy, neon leggings from Carter’s; 3. The most adorable quilted jacket (with floral lining and hot pink piping) from Mini Boden; 4. Sweater from Old Navy and yellow polka dot corduroys from Baby Gap; 5. Top from Carter’s, navy bow leggings from Baby Gap.

My daughter has the jacket (an unquilted version) in a coral/pink jersey with that same floral lining. Its so gorgeous, I’m dreading it not fitting her anymore and tempted to buy the next size up for that moment. It also saw her through last winter which was pretty cold (down to -5c and blizzards) with a chunky jumper underneath.
Oooh, so good to know! That jacket is just the cutest thing ever. We don’t have very harsh winters here, but I’m glad to know it’s tough enough for snow!
You should totally look into Zara baby too. I love their kids clothes. Online shipping and easy returns too! And they definitely do GREY really, really well for girls.
Thanks so much for the tip!
