I’ve been in love with papercut pieces as long as I can remember, as any longtime readers will know from my love for all things Rob Ryan. I’m completely in awe of this stunning technique (the precision! the patience!) and the even more stunning results. So today I’m rounding up a few of my favorite papercut pieces, from artwork to baby announcements.
No. 1 Rob Ryan; No. 2 Dinara Mirtalipova (originally posted here); No. 3 Woodland Papercuts; No. 4 Elizabeth Messina; No. 5 Helen Musselwhite; No. 6 Julene Harrison
And speaking of Rob Ryan, he just released his 2012 Valentine’s Day print! This year, Rob is offering a beautiful screen print in burgundy ink on off-white paper. Check out all three designs right here. So gorgeous!
Woodland Papercuts is a memÂber of the Designer Rolodex – you can see more of Naomi’s beauÂtiÂful work right here!

Papercut artists absolutely amaze me!! These are so beautiful. Have you seen the work of Jennifer Judd-McGee? She is a mixed media artist and does papercuts as well. I think you would love her work! http://swallowfield.typepad.com/ 🙂
I’ve always loved cut paper artwork too! I found the shop Elista on Etsy awhile ago that has some beautiful pieces.
So impressive! These are so gorgeous and take talent to create and produce. Gorgeous!
Oh, I’ve already sent that RR Valentine’s Day print to a certain someone… 🙂
These are great choices! I adore papercuts, admiring and creating as well 🙂 I agree with the previous commenters’ additions of Swallowfield and Elsita, plus perhaps http://mr-yen.com/
Beautiful! Thanks for sharing!
These are fantastic! I’ve been making my own version of 3d papercuts, but they aren’t nearly as detailed as these! I actually just reposted a tutorial I did on this today… Anyway, these are fantastic and so inspiring!!
these are so lovely. The intricacy is so crazy! No. 5 is just adorable 😀
