Bird and Banner was one of the first invitation design studios that I featured here, just after I started blogging back in September. I love, love, love the work of Bird and Banner, so I wanted to save some of their work for a later time – and what could be a better occasion than my 300th (!!) post?
So, continuing my recent infatuation with handkerchief wedding save the dates and invitations, this gorgeous invitation suite was hand-printed on vintage hankies and post cards:

This engagement announcement was inspired by the groom’s regular trek from DC to NY via the Chinatown bus:
This invitation suite combined hand-printing on fabric with letterpress for an unbelievably gorgeous result:
Handprinted Save the Date post cards:
Love the elegance of this black and white suite featuring stitched ribbon for a Spring wedding…
…and lobster bib Save the Dates for a Fall wedding in Cape Cod:
And I love these photo booth Save the Dates (and vintage stamps!):

Chinatown and lobsters? YES!
Ooh….I’ve loved Bird and Banner since I saw their little fabric pockets for invites. And now, I love the fabric on the letterpressed paper. Good thing I have several months still before I HAVE to decide on invitations! Great post, thanks for the great pics!
These are all so pretty! I especially love that pink and green one.
Fab Designs! Im loving that two peas in a pod invitation and reply set. They’re so pretty and clean.
