Tabletop Made

During my last visit with ReForm School in Los Angeles I had the pleasure of discovering Tabletop Made.  I’m a complete sucker for lovely and unique new cards lines, so I was delighted to find more designs in their Etsy shop.  Tabletop Made is based in scenic Santa Barbara, CA and is operated by Karis Van Noord and Sarah Wilkinson.

Much gratitude to Nole for giving me the opportunity to share some of my paper loves with you, dear readers.  I hope she and her mister are enjoying every moment of their vacation.

Quick Pick: Eight Hour Day + Design Ahoy

Today I’m hanging out in my local courthouse for jury duty, so I’m in need of some extra special inspiration to help pass the time.  I came across these two gorgeous letterpress prints yesterday and just haven’t been able to get them out of my head ever since, so they seemed appropriate for this courthouse-bound day.

I’m totally loving this print from the talented folks at Eight Hour Day – from the beautiful lettering to the inspirational and optimistic message.

I’ve always loved maps, and of course I love to travel, but this letterpress typographic world map from Design Ahoy is beyond amazing.  The blind impression longitude and latitude lines are so subtle and beautiful.  Just stunning.

Let Them Eat Cake

Jordan and her husband Paul just released giclee prints of the oil paintings from their Let Them Eat Cake collaboration, and I can’t wait to add one to my collection at home.  I’m trying to choose between the four below but can’t quite make up my mind:

Clockwise from the top left: yellow wedding, rosemary & dill, boxwood garland, and ganache.  Which one would you choose?

There are a ton more right over here.

Quick Pick: Namoo Baby Quilts

Also at Crafty Bastards, I came across the most lovely handmade cotton baby quilts from local artisan Namoo.  I love the modern patterns, and the cotton fabric is so incredibly soft in person!  And while kids aren’t in my immediate future, I’ll definitely be keeping these quilts on my list for when the time comes:
