Modern Rehearsal Dinner Invitation
07/26/2010Happy Monday everyone! I have two gorgeous invitations to help start off your week – invitations to a wedding rehearsal dinner, and then the invitations to the day-after brunch – both from Tova Glenn at Brighten My Day Studio and printed by Patrick Masterson.
First up, the rehearsal dinner invitations in a gorgeous chartreuse and gray color palette. Tova incorporated a woven pattern into the design inspired by the modern décor at the rehearsal dinner venue, the James Hotel in downtown Chicago:
From Tova: We played off the look-and-feel of the James Hotel, a very modern, clean hotel with beautiful vintage patterns throughout the décor. We all fell in love with the lines of the woven pattern, and mixed up the old-meets-new by pairing a classic serif font with a bold and modern sans-serif typeface.
The stock on both cards was a double thick museum board, and we paired it with a chartreuse envelope.
