Business Card Ideas and Inspiration #1

I have a slight (ok, more like a major) fascination with business cards.  I love the way people infuse their personality into the design and layout of the card.  I’ve found myself drawn to a few particular design details in business card designs, so I thought I’d share a few favorites with you!

1. Cool use of pattern and negative space in the design:

Anyone else have business cards on the brain?  Or am I alone in this minor fascination?

  1. Love em!! I met with a letterpress printer the other day for my stationery shop and they sent me home with about 80 million business card samples that they’ve printed. It’s amazing what people come up with! I’m currently loving painted edges. Such a fun little detail.

  2. no, you’re definitely not alone! I love business cards, too. And I adore Jessica Hische…she is soooooo talented!

  3. these are fantastic! thanks for sharing. The slow print cards must have taken forever (and lots of skill and patience) to print: motivation for those of us just starting out on the press 🙂

  4. I love slow print studio, they have amazing work and their attention to detail is unsurpassed!

  5. I looove business cards. Everytime I run out of my own cards and need to reprint I end up redesigning them. That is the fun of it all!
